Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Field Sales roles (Telecallers, Customer Support Executives, Team Leads, Relationship Officers, Field Sales Executives, etc.) Manage bulk and volume hiring requirements across multiple locations. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and vendors. Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial telephonic assessments for communication skills and role fit. Ensure offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate hiring data, trackers, and MIS reports. Coordinate with operations and HR teams to meet hiring targets. Manage candidate follow-ups to ensure high join and retention rates.
